Welcome to the Holistic Chemist

Hello, my name is Peter Clarke.

I am a qualified Naturopath, Herbalist and Pharmacist and have spent the past 25 years working professionally in these health fields throughout south east Queensland.

My passion is implementing a holistic approach to enhance the well-being of my clients. Whether you are dealing with a diagnosed medical condition or you feel just ‘not quite right’ in some area of your health, I can help you to regain control and set you on the path to wellness and optimal health.

Many patients who come to see me are using some form of prescription medication. During my 25 years as a Pharmacist, I have gained extensive knowledge of prescription medication and fully understand the ways they are used and their effects.

I have witnessed some amazing results successfully combining  natural supplements with the patients’ prescription medication. There is no doubt that without my intervention, some of these patients would have had their quality of life dramatically reduced.

Most importantly, I have come to realise that if long term changes are to be made, it’s essential to undertake a comprehensive analysis of each patient to ensure that:

  1. Supplements  are specific to your needs to support wellness
  2. Supplements are compatible and do not interact with other medication or supplements.
  3. Supplements are of the highest quality

I also believe that it is important to work collaboratively with all other healthcare practitioners to ensure that each patient receives the comprehensive level of care necessary on the journey to maximum wellbeing.

Everyone’s health needs are different, and whether prescription drugs or natural supplements are taken, the primary objective should always be to gain the highest level of health possible so that you can enjoy life to the fullest.

I look forward to meeting you and assisting you on the path to wellness.
